A little preparation goes a long way
From download to the table.
A few simple choices help you get the most from your pack. Start small, check a page, then print what your gathering needs.
1. Download and choose your games
Open the download from your Gumroad receipt and save the PDF files. Family bundles include a main pack and a separate bingo bonus. Choose your activities before you print: there is no need to print the entire pack for each person.
2. Check your printer settings
- Paper: US Letter, 8.5 × 11 inches.
- Scale: start at 100% or Actual size, in portrait orientation.
- Sides: single-sided is recommended, especially for cutting and answer pages.
- A4 or another size: choose Fit to printable area, check the preview and print one test page. A separate A4 edition is not included.
- Color: many puzzles use simple outlines. Color artwork remains on some pages, including the kids’ picture bingo and memory cards. Check a grayscale test before printing a set.
3. Print only what you’ll use
Use your PDF viewer’s page-range setting. The product preview labels use the PDF page number, counting the cover as page 1. Keep answers and host sheets out of player piles. Ordinary printer paper works for activity sheets; use suitable cardstock for cards only if your printer supports it.
4. Set up bingo carefully
- Family bundles: 24 different cards in total — 4 in the main pack and 20 in the bonus. Give each player a different card number; larger groups can share in teams.
- Caller sheet: the family main and bonus files share the same 30-word caller set. Print only one caller sheet.
- Kids’ pack: 6 different picture-bingo cards and 20 caller pieces. An adult can cut the pieces before play.
- Free sample: one shared bingo layout for cooperative play, with 24 caller words. Extra copies are the same layout.
- Office pack: Human Bingo is a conversation activity. Choose the small-group or larger-group sheet.
5. Add a few supplies
Set out pens, pencils or crayons, and counters for bingo. An adult should handle cutting. Photo hunts use a phone; gratitude prompts may use a bowl. Gift exchanges need prepared gifts and an agreed budget. Check the instructions for each activity you choose.
If something doesn’t look right
Check paper size and scaling first. If a browser print window gives odd results, save the file and try printing from a PDF reader. Send the product name, affected page number and a description to [email protected] if you need a hand.
